• Work in an office team passionate about helping our corporate customers with pensions and insurance.

• Collaborate in teams with account managers within C&I, Premium & Private Banking.

• Provide qualified occupational pension advice to businesses.

• Drive sales with individual targets at Swedbank's corporate offices in Kronoberg & Southern Jönköping County.

• Proactively manage existing occupational pension customers.

• Prospect for corporate customers without an occupational pension plan.

• Contribute to achieving the team's sales and customer satisfaction goals.

In this role, you will need:

• Strong personal drive and a desire to do business.

• In-depth knowledge of life insurance – laws and contracts.

• Good knowledge of corporate finance and owner-managed companies.

• Experience in qualified occupational pension advice.

• Be structured and organized.

• Be a team player – collaborate in teams with account managers.

• Be a good communicator – able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing.

• Be an ambassador for Life & Pension locally.

• Formal requirements: Swedsec Advisor License, IDD Specialist License or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in economics or similar.
